finish, Nick and his team gave a
hugely professional service.
Nick made detailed notes during
the quotation visit, making me
feel that he really understood
my needs. He was
patient in the lead up to the
move, when I was ringing almost
daily to update him on potential
date changes, and ask for his
advice. On the day of the move
itself, the team leader was
Steve, who was extremely
approachable, and managed his
team with good humour and
effectiveness. Steve himself
dismantled and rebuilt both our
double and triple wardrobes in
record time, with not a scratch
on them (thanks, Steve!) The
other guys in the team (five
guys on each day for a four
bedroomed house, thanks to you
all!) worked non-stop over two
days to pack our belongings and
deliver them safely to our new
house - and they didn't
complain, even though the new
house has three storeys and I
have more heavy books than
lightweight
clothes! When I'd finished
unpacking a few months later,
Nick was more than happy to come
and pick up the empty boxes - he
is very good at making you feel
special and valued as a client.
After bad experiences with other
companies, Alltime's approach
was like a breath of fresh air -
excellent value for money and

Having picked the wettest day to
move, and our garden turning
into a mud bath, our removers
turned up on time! complete with
rolls of heavy duty felt to make
a walkway around our house to
keep our white carpets - white
and mud free! The lads worked
non stop in pouring rain and I
was very impressed with their
sheer hard work and attention to
detail. Nothing was too much for
them down to the last tiny plant
pot, everything was packed! They
worked well. above the call of
duty. Post move; they even came
back to move new furniture into
the house (after a window had to
be temporarily removed). Whilst
I am in no hurry to move again,
Alltime Removals will be the
firm I use. Absolutely the best
removal company I have ever
used, or will ever use! Thanks

people, they were just brilliant
from start to finish, from when
I made that first phone call to
when we were settled in, words
cant describe how helpful
everybody was.
Max was the first call, he set
up our boxes ready for the move,
come the day of the move the
lads arrived, despite having to
go up and down two flights of
stairs they kept smiling and
having a laugh. when we were all
loaded they had a bit of a wait
until we got the keys to our new
house, as soon as we were in,
they were in, off they went none
stop, with no breaks until
finished!. This is only a short
statement of how our day went,
worries no chance, they took
care of everything. if you want
