Sorry it has taken me so long to
give feedback! Thankfully, Alltime's
services are much more efficient
than me. From start to finish, Nick
and his team gave a hugely
professional service. Nick made
detailed notes during the quotation
visit, making me feel that he really
understood my needs. He was patient
in the lead up to the move, when I
was ringing almost daily to update
him on potential date changes, and
ask for his advice. On the day of
the move itself, the team leader was
Steve, who was extremely
approachable, and managed his team
with good humour and effectiveness.
Steve himself dismantled and rebuilt
both our double and triple wardrobes
in record time, with not a scratch
on them (thanks, Steve!) The other
guys in the team (five guys on each
day for a four bedroomed house,
thanks to you all!) worked non-stop
over two days to pack our belongings
and deliver them safely to our new
house - and they didn't complain,
even though the new house has three
storeys and I have more heavy books
than lightweight clothes! When I'd
finished unpacking a few months
later, Nick was more than happy to
come and pick up the empty boxes -
he is very good at making you feel
special and valued as a client.
After bad experiences with other
